Yes, we offer same-day delivery in the Miami area for orders placed and confirmed before 11:00 AM. If you need an emergency rush delivery after this time, please contact us directly via WhatsApp to check availability.

We deliver to most of Miami-Dade County and South Florida (the Gold Coast and The Keys regions). The main cities from south to north are:

  • Key West

  • Key Largo

  • Miami

  • Hollywood

  • Fort Lauderdale

  • Boca Raton

  • Boynton Beach

  • West Palm Beach

  • Jupiter

The shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout by entering the recipient’s zip code

We always attempt to contact both the recipient and the buyer. If no one answers, we will leave the arrangement at the front desk/reception (if it’s a building or office) or with a trusted neighbor. Since these are perishable items, our courier can only wait for a maximum of 10 minutes before continuing their rout

We guarantee that your order will arrive within your selected time slot (Morning or Afternoon). If you require delivery at a very specific time for a surprise or an event, please contact us before purchasing to coordinate logistics.

We hand-pick and source our fresh fruits and flowers daily from local markets. Each arrangement is handcrafted just a few hours before delivery and transported in climate-controlled vehicles to ensure it arrives flawless.

We highly recommend consuming the fruit on the day of delivery to enjoy its peak flavor and freshness. If you wish to store it, remove the fruit from the skewers and keep them in the refrigerator in a sealed container for a maximum of 1 to 2 days.

While we thoroughly wash and sanitize all of our tools, our facility handles a variety of fruits and chocolates that may contain traces of nuts or dairy. If the recipient has a severe allergy, please let us know when placing your order

Absolutely! On each product page, you can add awesome extras like teddy bears, metallic balloons for different occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, get well soon), and premium chocolates to make your gift even more special.

Yes, all of our arrangements include a complimentary gift card. During checkout, you will see a text box where you can write the message you would like us to include.

Yes, you can. If you want it to be a secret surprise, simply leave your card message unsigned. Due to privacy policies, we will never reveal the buyer’s information to the recipient unless you explicitly authorize us to do so.

Of course! When placing your order, select the “Local Pick-up” option at checkout. You can then stop by our creative studio located at 8600 NW 56th St, Suite 1, Miami, FL 33166 at the agreed time.
